The multilingual and knowledgeable staff at the Cardiff Tourist Infomation Centre will help you make the most of your stay in Cardiff. They can help you plan your visit with ideas on where to go, what to do, how to get there and where to stay. The Tourist Information Centre also sells local and UK guide books, rail and bus tickets, theatre tickets and city maps. Services include car hire, city events listings and a left luggage service as well.

- Cardiff Bay Visitor Centre
Known locally as ‘The Tube’ this major attraction with panoramic views across the Bay provides visitor information and houses exhibitions along with a unique scale model of the Bay. All visitors, from local residents, and day trippers, to international groups come into the Tube. Inside they can watch films about the City of Cardiff, and see the variety of exhibitions on display. From the interactive display on the Sustainability, to Baywatch, our environmental exhibition. People of all ages can enter the Visitor Centre free of charge.
