Events coming up...

Cardiff celebrates summer with two months of events under the banner Cardiff Summer Festival. The popular musical Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, at the Wales Millennium Centre from 3 July to 30 August, is the backdrop to the festival, backed up by an impressive round of indoor and outdoor events. From 11 to 13 July, the Cardiff International Food and Drink Festival Roald Dahl Plass, complete with entertainment from around the world. The prestigious Lloyds TSB Welsh Proms provide a Classical touch at St David’s Hall from 12 – 26 July. The National Eisteddfod of Wales returns to the capital from 2-9 August at Pontcanna Fields and the flamboyant MAS Carnival is in the Bay on 2 August.
