Terms & Conditions
1. Entrants must provide their name, address, telephone number & email address when entering the competition.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3. Only entries submitted through www.visitcardiff.com will be accepted.
4. Deadline for receiving entries is Friday 22nd August 2008. The random draw will take place on Wednesday 27th August 2008.
5. The prize winner will be contacted by Cardiff & Co by phone and email. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
6. All prizes subject to availability
7. Prizes must be taken as stated and are valid until 30th November 2008.
8. There will be no cash alternatives.
9. Meal for two comprises of a 3 course meal for two persons plus coffee up to the value of £75. Booking is required. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
10. Cardiff & Co does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet.
11. Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
12.Entrants must be over 18 at time of entry into the competition.
13. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Cardiff & Co or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
14. Cardiff & Co's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Cardiff & Co reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
16. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity, and Cardiff & Co reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners/ photographs of them in any publicity.
17. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
18. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
