The Vale offers various dining options including the recently opened Vale Bar & Grill which provides a sumptuous Best of Welsh menu. Our restaurant, wherever possible, uses locally sourced seasonal produce including award winning Welsh Black Beef, combined with an extensive wine and champagne list. For more informal dining the Vale Leisure Bar and the Vale Golf Bar will fit the bill perfectly. The two championship golf courses, the acclaimed 7,433 yard Wales National and the Lake – further boosts Wales reputation as an elite golfing destination in the build up to the 2010 Ryder Cup.
