Seafood Shack is set to make quite the splash in the stunning city of Cardiff. The newest addition to the capital’s thriving culinary scene is this nautically-designed casual-dining restaurant, specialising in high-end dishes.
The site incorporates a Victorian-style fish and chip bar with its own street entrance; a 150-capacity ‘shanty tavern’ which has perfected the balance between traditional and modern, and delivery function, serving an exciting menu primarily but not limited to seafood, teamed with a variety of cocktails, over 100 wines, 50 craft beers and champagnes, gins and classic whiskies. All of this is before we even get onto the full-service 200-seat restaurant; first floor’s astonishing 200-capacity champagne and oyster bar, and adjacent roof garden providing capacity for a further 40-50 people.
