A fund-raising event for SNAP Cymru whith the leg starting at Talybont will run down the hills following the Taff's trail in to Merthyr where a team of cyclists will be joined by day riders who will accompany is all the way to the bay to a heroes welcome home.

SNAP Cymru is a National Children's Charity based in Wales. Trained staff and volunteers work with children and young people, their families and professionals working with those who have or may have Special Educational Needs/ Additional Learning Needs including disability and other barriers e.g. poverty, English or Welsh as a second language with offices in all areas of Wales

As part of its fundraising this year, a team of intrepid cyclists will be 'Challenging the Dragon' on the Lon Las trail from Holyhead to Cardiff. However, if this would be too much of a challenge then you could join the challenge from Merthyr Leisure Village riding along the Taff Trail, finishing in Cardiff with a welcoming commitee to cheer you as you pass the finishing line. Refreshments will be provided at the finish to help you gain the calories lost!!!
