Cardiff City FC, play at Cardiff City Stadium, in Leckwith, just outside the city centre. The state-of-the-art stadium seats over 26,000 fans and opened in 2009.

Getting to Cardiff City Stadium
Cardiff City Stadium sits to the west of the city centre in the suburb of Leckwith, adjacent to the Capital Retail Park. The stadium is easy to get to from both Cardiff city centre and the M4.
If you're travelling to the stadium by car, access from the M4 is easy. Leave the motorway at junction 33 and take the A4232 towards Cardiff/Barry. Exit the A4232 on to the B4267 turn-off, signposted towards Cardiff City Stadium.
Follow the slip-road off the B4267 and take the first left at the roundabout - the Stadium will be on your right hand side. Turn right at the second set of traffic lights and follow the appropriate signage for your dedicated parking space. Please note parking at the stadium is limited with spaces predominantly designated to Season Ticket Holders, with the remaining spaces allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are travelling to the stadium from Cardiff City Centre, there are both bus stops and train stations nearby. Grangetown is the nearest train station for the stadium and is approximately 5-10 minutes walk away. You can get to Grangetown station by taking a connecting train from Cardiff Central.
Alternatively, Cardiff Bus runs a regular service from the city centre, which stops outside the stadium. The 95 route, which goes to Barry, runs every 20 minutes during the day and hourly in the evenings (Monday - Saturday). Find out more about bus fares and timetables here. Around the stadium
Cardiff City Stadium is located to the west of the city centre and adjacent to Capital Retail Park which is home to Asda, Next Home, M&S Home and Les Croupiers Casino. There is also the Sandmartin pub, which serves food all day and offers a warm welcome to the whole family.
A very short drive from the stadium takes you to Cottrell Park Golf Resort, perfect for a round of golf before or after the game.
Most of the city's accommodation is back in the city centre or Cardiff Bay, which is easily accessible via public transport or taxi. The city has a wide range of accommodation available and you can book your stay online. Find out more here.
Luggage can be left at the Tourist Information Centre in the Old Library. However, please note the Tourist Information Centre is open from 9.30am and closes at 5.30pm.
