Speedway back at Millennium Stadium

The roar and the thrill of Speedway is back at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium this month.
The stars of this spectacular sport will be racing for the British Speedway Grand Prix title on Saturday July 10 from 5pm.
The spiritual home of Welsh rugby takes on a different character with the pitch removed and the Speedway track in place for the 10th Anniversary series.
The stadium hold 62,000 for Speedway and they will be cheering on as UK-born Australia rider Jason Crump tries to close the gap on championship Tomasz Gollob of Poland.
The 2010 FIM British Speedway Grand Prix will be the sixth event of the 11 round individual world championship FIM Speedway Grand Prix Series.
