The Capital FM drive-in movie weekend comes to Cardiff

Capital FMCapital FM is bringing entertainment on a big scale to Cardiff for the Royal Wedding Bank Holiday Weekend at Cardiff City Stadium. 

Three big films, 1 long movie weekend.

Choose from three of the greatest movies of all time to enjoy with your friends over the long weekend…..

To kick start the weekend and get you and your friends in a loved up mood for the Royal Wedding, Capital FM will be showing one of the most famous romantic comedies ever made on Friday 29th April - Pretty Woman, starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere. Pretty Woman is the story of Vivian Ward who spends the week in the company of millionaire Edward Lewis as his escort – the business arrangement soon turns into something deeper as the week progresses.

Headlining on Saturday 30th April is the ultimate laugh-a-minute comedy The Hangover staring Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis. This hilarious film sees four friends on a stag do in Las Vegas only to wake up the following morning with no memory of the night before, a missing groom and a tiger in the bathroom….

On Sunday 1st May cult classic 80’s movie The Goonies- an adventure-comedy following a group of kids hoping to save their homes from demolition by following a forgotten treasure map belonging to legendary 17th-century pirate One-Eyed Willie.
