Lloyd-Webber and Hanslip lead Classic FM Live concert

The final details of the Classic FM Live concert at the Wales Millennium Centre on 12th March have been announced.
It is a star-studded line-up, featuring the Philharmonia Orchestra alongside star cellist Julian Lloyd-Webber, with a complete performance of the Elgar Cello Concerto.
Plus the premiere of a brand new work composed and conducted by Karl Jenkins, with Chloe Hanslip as the violin soloist. Operatic sensation Wynne Evans completes the list of soloists.
Hosted by Classic FM's John Suchet and Margherita Taylor, the evening will end in rousing style with Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture – and a promise of spectacular pyrotechnics. It's not to be missed!
