Cardiff on Show is a video platform, integrated within our suite of websites, showcasing businesses and events within the Cardiff city-region.

Cardiff on Show is linked to all of our sites such as www.visitcardiff.com and www.investincardiff.com in the form of mini-players embedded within the pages. (You can see these on the right hand side of this page) The site is home to short promotional videos of Cardiff businesses and events within different channels e.g. places to stay, attractions, events, shops and commercial property to rent.

If you would like to feature on Cardiff on Show you can supply your own video for use on the site or if you would like to find out more about getting a video created, we have suggested some local companies below.

Benefits

Cardiff Tourism Network members who have listings on www.visitcardiff.com, www.meetincardiff.com or www.shopincardiff.com will have their video embedded in their website listing. You can see a video embedded here on a dedicated video tab.

In addition, a mini player showing moving images from their video will appear in search returns, ensuring your business stands out. Within the websites, prominence is given to Cardiff on Show users, meaning your listing will appear at the top of the search return. You are also able to embed the mini-player into your own website or blog.

Within Cardiff on Show, there are multiple options for visitors to share your video over multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Digg and Stumbleupon.

In addition to all this, Cardiff on Show is fully search engine optimised, improving your online visibility.

Results

Detailed statistics are available on the numbers of views for each video and the click-throughs to the corresponding pages on the Cardiff & Co websites.

Costs

If you are a member of the Cardiff Tourism Network and already have a video you would like added to the site, the cost is £100 + VAT per year, based on a 30 second video.
