A darkly humorous modern day romance told through a combination of dance, words and music, May is a tale of a passionate relationship between two misfits. When Douglas, a slightly befuddled social worker, meets May, a vulnerable, inarticulate self-harmer, neither of them predict that their relationship will bring them close to destruction.

Founded in Brighton in 2004 dance theatre company Probe is the brainchild of former Rambert dancer, Antonia Grove.
