The Cardiff Devils play their home matches at Ice Arena Wales, located at the International Sports Village in Cardiff Bay. The Arena is situated directly opposite the former Toys R Us store and next to Cardiff International Pool. The main entrance is on the side of the building facing the pool’s main entrance.

Well, worry no more! As well as being easy to reach under your own steam, the Arena has easy access to public transport links, including bus and train routes from the city centre.

By Car

Travel to a Cardiff Devils Match by Car

If you’re using sat nav, the post code to enter for reaching the Arena is CF11 0JS. If you’re driving in from the west, then we recommend leaving the M4 at junction and taking the A4232.


Parking is easy as the Ice Arena Wales has its own car park located behind the building. To reach it, you will need to drive past the Arena and Pool, take a left at the roundabout and then follow the road around to the car park. Supporters can also use the International Pool car park as well. There are additional parking spaces available at Wilcox House, directly opposite the Harvester Restaurant in Cardiff Bay.

By Bus

Travel to a Cardiff Devils Match by Bus

If you wish to travel to the arena by bus then take the Cardiff Bus Number 9 service. This service picks up from Westgate Street in the city centre and will drop you off directly outside the arena.

By Train

Travel to a Cardiff Devils Match by Train

If you are making your way to the Arena by train, then you should use the Barry Island service from Cardiff. These trains run regularly and (usually) depart from Platform 8 at Central Station, for the Ice Arena you should disembark at Cogan. From there you will have approximately a 10 minute walk from the station to the Arena, crossing Pont y Werin footbridge and turning right.
