Right in the heart of Cardiff’s city centre is Cornerstone - a beautifully renovated venue that hides a stunning cafe and offers fine dining experiences.

In its former life Cornerstone, a Grade II listed building on Charles Street, was known as ‘Ebenezer Chapel’ and had a history spanning back 160 years. Now it’s an award winning building (Building Conservation RICS Award 2017) and functions venue with a cafe, event spaces and a variety of function rooms.

Managed and catered by fine dining aficionados Spiros – Cornerstone also caters for events, weddings, special occasions, corporate meetings, VIP dining experiences and more.

Since opening its renovated doors in 2016 Cornerstone has played host to world class singers (such as Rebecca Evans and Only Men Aloud) and royalty itself (with Prince Charles officially opening the venue).

At the heart of this historic building is The Pantry – a cwtchy cafe that serves up tea, coffee, cake, fresh breakfasts and tasty lunches.

The Pantry also offers fabulous Sunday roasts and a selection of Afternoon Teas – so you can have your cake and sandwiches with champagne, a bottle of craft beer or simply with a traditional pot of tea.
