Take a Walk on the wild side at The Red Dragon Centre
Friday 23 August - Monday 26 August
Are you ready to take a walk on the wild side this summer?
A Balloon Art Fiesta, inspired by all things wild and wonderful, is soaring into The Red Dragon Centre with a spectacular showcase of balloon sculptures!
The floor sculptures, made from *Qualatex latex balloons (not plastic), will be on display in the heart of The Red Dragon Centre between Friday 23 – Monday 26 August and will be free to view.
Little ones can also enjoy a free sculpture trail between 11am-6pm by picking up a form from the Green Zone inside the Centre, which houses a giant green sofa, as well as a life-sized artificial grass lion, in celebration of the new Disney live action remake of The Lion King.
With the sculptures being created by the award-winning and internationally acclaimed balloon artist, Doctor Bob Balloons Unlimited, visitors can look forward to something truly special this August Bank Holiday weekend.
Whilst you are here, why not make a day of it at one of our epic leisure destinations from bowling to the cinema or grab a bite to eat at one of our many restaurants in The Red Dragon Centre. Burgers? Italian? Asian? Or even just an ice cream? We have loads to choose from: Click here to view all our Eats.
*About Qualatex Balloons
Qualatex latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex — not plastic. The latex balloons are biodegradable, and decompose as fast as an oak leaf in your backyard! Latex balloons come from rubber trees. Latex is collected by cutting the tree’s bark, then catching the latex in a cup.
