Loosely based on the traditional Music, Poems & Pints evening – this light-hearted evening consists of beautiful music, a limerick competition, not-too-serious poetry and the ever-popular Welshisms – wonderful things people have tried to say that haven’t quite come out right!

Well-known Welsh songs such as “Ar Hyd y Nôs” (All Through the Night) and “Men of Harlech” will bring a smile to your face, as will the choice of quirky and not-so-quirky poetry alongside the ever-popular Welsh banter.

The lucky winner of the limerick competition will win a fabulous prize – full of Welsh flavour!

Our team of talented performers include Ieuan Rhys (Actor/MC), Phyl Harries (Actor/Musician), Rhianna Loren (Actress/Singer) and Sian Roberts (Loving Welsh Food) It’s impossible to list the team’s credits – here are just a few – Doctor Who, Pobol y Cwm, Alan Bennett’s “People” , Tom – the Musical, One man Two Guvnors and pantos galore!
