Coronation | The Concert

Cardiff Bay has been chosen to host an official relay of the Coronation Concert and take part in a synchronised light show, among other select locations in the UK. Watch the concert, broadcast from Windsor Castle, on a large screen in Roald Dahl Plass. During the evening, the centrepiece will be ‘Lighting up the Nation’, which will see the country join in celebration, as iconic British locations are animated with an incredible, immersive high-tech light show experience, using an array of lasers and drones to create the illuminations.

The concert coverage starts on the big screen at 8pm, with the main drone show expected to start soon after 9.15pm (exact time dependent on the broadcast schedule and weather conditions).
