LITTLE GIGS

Little Gigs provides a pathway for school age musicians into the wider music industry. Over the past 12 months, we have held a series of gigs in schools including artists such as N’famady Kouyate, Chroma, Junior Bill and Maditronique, put on a series of bespoke workshops in different venues across the city, worked with organisations such as Cerdd Cf and Sound Progression to identify and develop new talent and put on a fantastic Little Gigs Festival at Clwb Ifor Bach.

At Porter’s on 30th Sept, 8 of our best over 16s acts come together for a fantastic celebration of youth music with performances from energetic rock gods Interum, super tight Indie 4 piece Bliss, girlpunk savages Lady Garden, super Soul singer Ella, Welsh language rockers Anhunedd, perfect indie pop band Geckoz, bright britpoppers The Sonic and Psych funky hair bears Crystal and The Methheads.  Its free and its an ideal chance to see the next generation of the Cardiff Music scene just before they break big.
