Margaret Thatcher’s Tory government has just launched its response to the AIDS epidemic: “Don’t Die of Ignorance”.
The fragile UK economy is about to see its biggest interest rate rise since the depression.
The inhabitants of Road are getting ready for a night out. This bitter, angry and funny play takes us on a journey to observe their lives, guided by local wide-boy, the rum-soaked Scullery, asking: Haven’t we been here before?
