Mark your calendars for an unforgettable experience at Cardiff International Pool and Gym. The Open Day will give you access to the gym and health suite (spa, sauna, and steam room); free fitness classes; and lane swimming.

For the little ones, sign up for their free swim assessments, and meet Ollie the Octopus (the centre’s mascot) between 11:00-12:00.
