Please note that participation in the prize draw signifies agreement with the following:
- Participants in the prize draw will be required to provide Visit Cardiff with their name, email address, post code, and an optional contact telephone number. This information will only be used to contact the winner and is not provided to any third parties unless stated.
- All participating entries to the prize draw will be collected by filling in the associated entry form, available here.
- Entries to the prize draw will be open from Thu, 22 April 2025 and all entries must be completed before 23:59 on Wed, 30 April 2025.
- No purchase is necessary to participate in the prize draw.
- The entire prize consists of 2 elements supplied by our partners, further details can be found below to be redeemed on Sat, 10 May 2025 only.
- All entrants must be 18+ years of age. Employees of Cardiff Council’s Economic Development department and their immediate family members may not participate.
- Entries to the prize draw are limited to one per person, duplicate entries will not be valid.
- All elements of the prize are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
- Visit Cardiff will provide full information of how to redeem their prizes within 7 days of the winner being chosen.
- A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries returned by participants. The winner will be notified within 48 hours of being chosen, using their contact information supplied via the entry form. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. Should the winner not respond within 72 hours, then another winner may be chosen by following the same process until the prize is claimed.

- 1 night stay for 2 people on Saturday, 10 May 2025.
- Standard twin or double room, bed & breakfast.
- Early check-in from 12pm and late check-out by 12pm.
- Vitality Breakfast for 2 people available between 7am and 10:30am.
