Before your Cocktail Masterclass, take some time to explore the magnificent Castle at your own pace.
Discover the Roman remains and Chariot Corner, climb the Norman Keep and Battlement Walks, marvel at the lavishly decorated Castle Apartments, experience the Wartime Shelters and visit the Firing Line military museum.
YOUR VERY OWN KEYS TO THE CASTLE
Did you know that the Castle was given to the people of Cardiff by the 5th Marquess of Bute in 1947?
To honour the spirit of this gift, if you live or work in the city then you are entitled to your very own Key to Cardiff Castle, giving you admission as often as you like for a minimum of three years!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Entrants must be UK residents aged 18+ to participate in the prize draw.
- Each entrant will be limited to one entry into the prize draw.
- Entrants must enter their details by 23:59GMT on 2 December 2024.
- The winner will be chosen at random and notified on 5th November 2024, via telephone and email.
- The winner will have until 5pm on 4th December 2024 to accept the prize or an alternative winner will be drawn.
- No purchase necessary and there is no charge to enter the prize draw.
- This prize draw terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw.
- Entrants are providing information to the promoter and this information will be used solely to administer the prize draw.
- The surname and UK location of the prize winner will be available by emailing within one month of the end of the prize draw.
- The promoter is Visit Cardiff, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff, CF10 4UW.
- Entrants to the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

- 8 student entry tickets to Cardiff Castle only
- Tour not included
- Castle Key Card is not valid for some special event days, evening ticketed events, or if the Castle has been hired by a third party.
- Castle Key Card must be presented on day of visit.
- Castle Key Card must not be re-sold.
- Castle Key Card cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Castle Key Card has no monetary value.
- Valid for 3 years.
- Castle Key Cards will be checked on entry and right of admission is reserved.
- Lost or damaged Castle Keys must be replaced with a new card, at a cost of £7.00, valid for a further 3 years.
