The Cardiff Triathlon 2019 takes place at Cardiff Bay on Sunday June 23rd. Registration will take place outside the Wales Millennium Centre on the Saturday Evening and Sunday morning of the event weekend. If you want help and advise on how to get there, then look no further, we’ve put together this handy guide.

By Car

Travel to the Cardiff Triathlon by Car

If you’re using sat nav, the post code to enter for reaching the registration booth at the event site is CF10 5AL. If you’re driving in from the west, then we recommend leaving the M4 at junction and taking the A4232.

Parking:

Parking is easy as the WMC has the Pierhead car park located behind the building. There are also 2 other car parks in close proximity at Mermaid Quay and Red Dragon Centre.

You can park at County Hall for £4 all day. The car park opens at 5am, please make sure you buy a ticket because you are very likely to be fined if you don’t.


By Bus

Travel to the Cardiff Triathlon by Bus

If you wish to travel to the arena by bus then take the Cardiff Bus Number 6 service. This service regularly stops at a designated pick up point every 12 minuets. the bus picks up from numerous stops in Cardiff City Centre including Westgate Street and St Mary Street and will drop you off directly outside The Wales Millennium Centre 


By Train

Travel to the Cardiff triathlon Match by Train

If you are making your way to Cardiff Bay by train, then you should use the Cardiff Bay service from Cardiff Queen Street. These trains run regularly (every 12 minutes) and always depart from Platform 1. From there you will need to walk for five minuets towards the water front and head towards the Wales Millennium Centre where registration is taking place.

There are signs directing you to the Wales Millennium Centre as you leave the train station so ytou can’t miss it.


By Taxi
