Start your day with a splash and discover your adventurous side at Cardiff International White Water (CIWW).  Just 10 minutes from City centre by car, CIWW is an exhilarating, on-demand adventure facility in the heart of the International Sports Village. Enjoy a range of exciting leisure activities for adventure-seekers of all ages.

It has so many amazing activities on offer, whatever water sport you’re looking for, they’re bound to have it covered! Great for team building or small groups.  It’s a great way to spend a few hours and also take advantage of  café on site as well.

PIT STOP: COFFI CO

You’ll need to stop off and fuel up! Head to Coffi Co located a few steps away on Harbour Drive and treat yourself to one of over 40 creative handcrafted drinks alongside freshly prepared food. All of Coffi Co’s locations boast tranquil, waterfront views where you can sit back, relax and watch the world go by before heading to your next stop.

STOP THREE: BOULDERS INDOOR CLIMBING CENTRE

For more adventure, but this time inside in the warm! Less than 5 mins from city centre, straight down to Newport Road you will find Boulders Climbing Centre in Cardiff.  A place where a friendly and inclusive climbing community could flourish.  They provide every climber with the skills they need to achieve their climbing goals.

Perfect for all climbers from beginners to intermediate. Can accommodate group or individual sessions. Individual sessions from £18 for 80 minutes tuition. They also serve great coffee, you may need a cup after the exhausting climb!

FINAL PIT STOP: DINNER AT THE BOTANIST

The Botanist

To continue the adventure, head to Church Street in the City Centre where you’ll find The Botanist, five minutes by public transport or 15 minutes walk (if you have any energy left). You’ll trek through the makeshift jungle full of plants of all species to your table where you can finally relax.
