HOW TO USE SECURE BIKE LOCKERS

First you need to download the SpokeSafe app from the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone, register an account and verify your identity. Then you’ll be good to go when you need to park.

1. Choose your location | When you sign into the app, you’ll see a map of locations near you. You can choose a location here or search for your location using the search bar.
2. Choose a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly booking option | You can book a space by the Day, Week, or Month to suit your length of stay.
3. Pay for your space | Simply pop in your card details to pay for your space & complete your reservation.
4. Access your location | To gain access to your location, press the “Get Entry Code” button to reveal your access code. Then find your space & drop your bike off.
5. Got an issue? Press the “Help” button | Press the “Help” button to reveal full instructions for how to find and access your location, as well as common troubleshooting tips. You can also ring the team on an emergency helpline.
