Starting as a pop-up in September 2019, the business quickly developed, launching ramen kits in early 2021 and delivering tens of thousands across the UK. Following a series of sold-out pop-ups nationwide, it has now established a permanent location just outside the city centre, serving a diverse range of high-quality ramen dishes.
