Techniquest isn’t just for kids. It’s for big kids, too.
Our After Hours adult night is back in August for a special solar eclipse afterparty.
Come and celebrate this rare celestial event with like-minded folk. We’ll be hosting astronomy talks, planetarium shows and food and drink stalls, plus a games area in collaboration with Cardiff board game connoisseurs, Chance & Counters.
This is the closest the UK will get to a full eclipse until 2090!
Please note; there are no longer any free solar eclipse glasses available. There was a very limited amount of complementary solar eclipse viewing glasses, for people coming to our After Hours: Eclipsed solar eclipse afterparty, subject to availability.
