Yoga with the Earth at Techniquest

Move, breathe, and reconnect to your centre, while marvelling at Gaia, Techniquest’s new installation of the Earth by artist Luke Jerram.

This 60-minute yoga practice with Amanda Ataou, founder of Cardiff’s MandaYoga Studios, will explore grounding and connection through a blend of yin and yang-inspired movement. You’ll move between strength and softness, effort and ease, while setting intentions to care for ourselves, each other and the Earth.

This is a space to slow down, find your ground, and reconnect with what supports you.

After the yoga practice, you’ll have time to relax and enjoy the Gaia installation with a herbal tea while immersing yourself in a special 30-minute Gaia soundtrack, as well as taking a journey through our solar system in their 360° planetarium.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, brighter and ready to move through the world from a place of steadiness and perhaps, a new-found sense of balance.
