Since opening our first pizzeria in 2008, we’ve championed slow-rising sourdough pizza and properly sourced, small supplier, seasonal ingredients. When you eat at Franco Manca, you support people working close to the land. Small farms = Big taste.
Our Cardiff pizzeria is located next to St John The Baptist City Parish Church, and right behind the beautiful Cardiff Central Market.
We operate on a walk-in basis, so just turn up and our team will seat you as soon as possible. However, we do take bookings for larger groups so give us a call or pop in.
