This 1.25 hectare Victorian park, originally opened in 1895, is situated in the heart of Grangetown, adjoining Cardiff Bay. After many years of decline, the park was rejuvenated thanks to a Heritage Lottery Fund grant in 2000. Building on its new lease of life, the park is grade 2 listed and holds a Green Flag award, highlights include a cast iron bandstand and the Grangetown war memorial.
