The property is centrally located on Cathedral Road, opposite Bute Park, just a few minutes’ walk from The Millennium Stadium, Cardiff Castle and Cardiff Central railway station.

The Spires Cardiff comprises of 24 studios and apartments and is made-up of a mixture of studios, executive studios, 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom executive apartments.

Each apartment offers a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom, with the 2 bedroom apartments providing 2 bathrooms. Studios offer an open space with kitchen, lounge and dining area and ensuite shower room.

The Spires provide a self-contained environment and is particularly well-suited to families and business travellers staying in Cardiff for a longer duration. Families with young children in particular are less restricted than when staying at hotels and can benefit from a larger space than a hotel bedroom, option to cook or perhaps enjoy a takeaway delivered direct to their door.
