SO, WHAT IS

STAND UP PADDLEBOARDING?

Stand up paddleboarding (also known as SUP) is an increasingly popular water sport that has been taking the UK by storm. A combination of surfing and canoeing or kayaking, it involves standing on an oversized board and using a canoe-style paddle to move along through the water.

SUP is a truly accessible activity and suitable for paddlers of all ages, shapes and ability levels, you just need to get on a board and give it a go, it’s also a fun and a social way to experience the great outdoors. SUP can also be enjoyed on either the open sea or inland waters, and can be as physically challenging or relaxing as you choose.

So, whether you are an athletics enthusiast or a casual adventure fan, SUP could be the perfect activity for you to try next.
