ABOUT THE ACTS
You’ll love these friends whose recordings from a home studio soaked in the sounds of tape machines and spring reverbs have a DIY feel. Inspired by the songwriting of The Beach Boys, Beatles, Alex Turner and jangly slacker attitude from the likes of Mac Demarco and Her’s.
Fun, quirky indie pop from Dan and his band, who combine serious musical chops and sensitive songwriting with humour, joy and summery sartorial elegance.
A welcome return for the 70s influenced combo led by identical twins Violet and Gemma Humphries. Their eclectic sound takes in everything from Samba to Psych rock, to soul and pop.
Veteran Butetown legend Keith Murrell leads his mixed age band through many of lesser-known parts of reggae, shining light on the some of the vast catalogue of wonderful songs outside the usual standards.
These cheeky skiffle-popsters bring new life to all your favourite hits via a stripped back line up of Cajon, Double Bass and Guitar in the form of hilarious covers and medleys mixing hip hop, skiffle and pop.
