Wales’ most successful professional sports team, the Cardiff Devils are an ice hockey team based at Vindico Arena in Cardiff Bay. The Devils are three-time EIHL Playoff and Challenge Cup Champions, as well as two-time Elite League Champions. Competing in the Elite Ice Hockey League, the UK’s top ice hockey division, you are bound to witness excitement and some of Britain’s top ice hockey talent on display.
Devils games are family-friendly and have accessible seating available. Most games have sell-out crowds, so the best way to catch a game is by booking in advance here.
WHERE IS THE ARENA?
Vindico Arena is located in the International Sports Village in Cardiff Bay, situated directly across the road from the former Toys R Us store and literally next to the International Pool. The main entrance entrance faces the pool's front entrance.
BY TRAIN
The nearest railway station is Cogan, via the regular Barry Island service from Cardiff Central. On leaving the station cross the main road and walk across the Pont-y-Werin footbridge, turn right and follow the road around until you see the Arena.
BY BUS
The nearest bus stop is Olympian Drive. Cardiff Bus operate the Number 9 service, which departs from Westgate Street in the City Centre and drops off directly outside the arena.
PARKING
Free parking is available in both the Arena car park and International Pool overflow car park but spaces are limited. Additional paid parking is made available on matchdays at the former Toys R Us car park and at nearby Wilcox House.
