Whitchurch offers vibrant village life with a strong sense of community and everything you need within easy walking distance. Known for its independent cafés, restaurants, local shops and relaxed atmosphere, it is one of Cardiff’s most charming neighbourhoods. Enjoy a peaceful walk through Forest Farm and along the Glamorgan Canal, discover independent businesses on Merthyr Road, or take on the 18-hole parkland course at Whitchurch Golf Club. HOW TO GET TO WHITCHURCH

Walk: Whitchurch is a 10-minute drive from Cardiff City Centre. You will find most of the restaurants, bars and attractions as you walk down Merthyr Road.

Bike: Whitchurch is a short cycle from Cardiff city centre. Find more cycling information here, including the best routes, cycle paths and parking facilities.

Bus: Catch Cardiff Bus 24 from Cardiff Bus Interchange. Hop off at the Tin Mill, you should find the majority of attractions, pubs and cafes along this road.

Train: The nearest railway station is Llandaff, a 10-minute walk away.

Car: Most streets in Whitchurch are reserved for resident parking. Pay and displays are available.
