TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Entrants must be UK residents aged 18+ to participate in the prize draw.
- Each entrant will be limited to one entry into the prize draw.
- Entrants must enter their details by 23:59GMT on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
- Employees and the immediate families of Visit Cardiff, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The winner will be chosen at random and notified on Thursday, 5 November 2026.
- The winner will have until 10:00 on Monday, 8 November 2026 to accept the prize or an alternative winner will be drawn.
- No purchase necessary and there is no charge to enter the prize draw.
- This prize draw terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw.
- Entrants are providing information to the promoter and this information will be used solely to administer the prize draw.
- The surname and UK location of the prize winner will be available by emailing within one month of the end of the prize draw.
- The promoter is Visit Cardiff, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff, CF10 4UW.
- Entrants to the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- A one-night stay for two in Hotel Indigo Cardiff’s standard twin or double room.
- Breakfast included.
- Check in from 3pm on Friday 4 December 2026.
- Check out at 11am on Sunday 6 December 2026.
- Non-transferable and non-changeable.
- An ice skating session for two people in Cardiff’s Winter Wonderland at Cardiff Castle.
- Your specific timed session will be confirmed in your winner’s itinerary, and you will not be able to use at a different date or time.
- 2 allocated standard tickets for the first evening showing of Beauty and the Beast at New Theatre Cardiff, on Saturday 5 December 2026, which starts at 19:00.
- The majority of the seating involves steps so could be unsuitable for those with mobility requirements. If this applies to the winner, they should inform us at the earliest opportunity.
- Non-transferable.
- A gift card of £200 for St David’s Cardiff that can be used at over 100 locations in the centre. However, not all shops and restaurants in the centre accept the gift card, you can view the shops and restaurants that don’t currently accept the gift card, however participating stores are within their rights to withdraw from accepting the St David’s gift card at any time, without notice, therefore this list is subject to change.
- Additionally, some stores are unable to take gift cards as a part payment and seasonal kiosks or pop-up stores may not accept the gift card.
- Prize consists of one main lunch meal and soft drink each at Coffee Barker and two soft drink or selected alcoholic drinks at Rum & Fizz,
- Advance booking is required and is subject to availability.
- The voucher must be presented on arrival.
- Any additional food, drinks or extras not included in the prize must be paid for by the winner.
- Alcoholic drinks are available only to guests aged 18 years or over. Valid ID may be required.
- The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded or resold.
- Voucher validity period will be stated on the voucher.
- Coffee Barker and Rum & Fizz reserve the right to substitute items of equal value should menu items become unavailable.
- Vouchers are valid from use until 30 November 2026.
- 2 general admission tickets to Cardiff Castle for Sunday 6 December 2026 only.
- Entrance to the Victorian Apartments, the Norman Keep, the Firing Line Museum and the Wartime Shelters are included.
- A guided tour is not included but can be added on the day at the ticket office for a nominal fee.
