On offer is a refined charcuterie board with Truffle saucisson, Coppa ham, Bayonne ham, Tomme de Savoie, Cheese Gougères, Comté, honey tomatoes, cornichons & olives, served with toasted sourdough baguette. Paired perfectly with ‘vin rouge’ straight from Domaine Louis-Tête, the historic capital of Beaujolais, a few kilometers from Beaujeu. For three generations, they have been a reference in the Beaujolais wine industry, that combine traditional crafted methods with modern techniques, ensuring their quality and reputation is set to last the test of time.
