TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Entrants must be UK residents aged 18+ to participate in the prize draw.
- Prize redeemable until 30 November 2026.
- Each entrant will be limited to one entry into the prize draw.
- Entrants must enter their details by 23:59GMT on Thursday 6 August 2026.
- Employees and the immediate families of Visit Cardiff, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The winner will be chosen at random and notified on Friday 7 August 2026.
- The winner will have until 5pm on Monday 10 August 2026 to accept the prize or an alternative winner will be drawn.
- No purchase necessary and there is no charge to enter the prize draw.
- This prize draw terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw.
- Train travel provided by GWR only, no other transport included.
- Entrants are providing information to the promoter and this information will be used solely to administer the prize draw.
- The surname and UK location of the prize winner will be available by emailing within one month of the end of the prize draw.

- Advance booking is required and is subject to availability.
- The voucher must be presented on arrival.
- Any additional food, drinks or extras not included in the prize must be paid for by the winner.
- Alcoholic drinks are available only to guests aged 18 years or over. Valid ID may be required.
- The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded or resold.
- Voucher validity period will be stated on the voucher.
- Coffee Barker and Rum & Fizz reserve the right to substitute items of equal value should menu items become unavailable.
- Vouchers are valid from use until 30 November 2026.
- 2x entry tickets to Cardiff Castle must be booked in advance with the email address provided.
- An additional voucher will be emailed to upgrade the admission ticket to include a guided tour and to receive a souvenir book. Tour must be arranged via the ticket office on the day of visit.
