Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

How to Enter

• No Purchase Necessary: Entering the competition is completely free and requires no purchase.
• Start date: Monday 15 April 2024. Closing date: 23:59 GMT on Monday 13 May 2024.
• To participate in the prize draw entrants must enter their details via the website.
• Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
• Visit Cardiff does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Data Privacy

• Information provided by entrants will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw.

• By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used to administer the competition.
• An opportunity to opt-in to receive additional promotional materials will be available at time of entry.

Eligibility

• Entry Limit: Participation is capped at one entry per person.
• Open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 plus.
• The winner must be available to redeem the prize: Friday 31st May 2024 and Saturday 1 June.
• Visit Cardiff reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
• Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws is except employees of the Visit cardiff team in Cardiff Council, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 

The Draw

• The lucky winner will be selected at random from all valid entries returned by participants – and notified on Tuesday 14 May 2024, via telephone and email.
• All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. The winner must claim their prize by 17:00 GMT Wednesday 15 May 2024, or another winner will be drawn.
• The confirmation and itinerary will be sent to the winner no later than 10 before the visit/event.
• The surname and location of the winner will be accessible via email request within one month following the prize draw’s conclusion.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Travel and transport is not included as part of the prize.
• Visit Cardiff reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control makes it necessary to do so.

Additional Prize Draw Information

• Visit Cardiff reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Liability: The promoter is not liable for damages, losses, injuries, or disappointment incurred by entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw.
• Governing Law: The terms and conditions of this prize draw are subject to English law.

• Promoter’s Details: The competition is promoted by Visit Cardiff, located at County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff, CF10 4UW.

• 1 night stay, in a double or twin room.
• Early check in from 1pm on day of arrival Friday 31st May 2024.
• Breakfast for 2 people included on day of check out Saturday 1st June 2024.

• 2 Vitality Blast match day tickets for Glamorgan v Surrey 31st May 2024.
• Access to premium Terrace area. 
• One complimentary drink per person on arrival (house beer, wine and soft drink).

• The Dragon Experience set menu for two people on Friday 31st May 2024.
• 2pm booking, table will be held for 10 minutes.
• 1 glass of champagne or soft drink per person on arrival.

• £50 gift voucher (gift voucher terms and conditions apply).
• Personal styling experience Saturday 1st June 2024 (time slot must be booked in advance).

• 2 general admission tickets.
• Entry between 10am and 4pm on Saturday 1st June 2024.
• Tickets will be emailed in advance and QR codes must be shown on arrival.
