Romeos by the Sea is the home of Italian cuisine in Penarth. As the name suggests, Romeo offers a picturesque sea view as you tuck into the proper Italian and sea food. Originally built by the Admiralty as a boathouse at the turn of the century, the restaurant still has a lot of its original charm and character but with delicious, contemporary cuisine.
