Set in the heart of Cardiff Bay, there are three floors of mesmerising models, marvellous machines and mind-boggling interactive displays: launch a rocket, lose yourself in The Mirror Maze, and feel the force of a hurricane!

There’s something for all ages to discover and enjoy, with a brand-new creative zone and over 130 hands-on exhibits which bring science to life.

This summer, you can explore 10 brand-new exhibits — headlined by the return of fan-favourites The Mirror Maze and Head on a Plate. And don’t miss their explosive new live science show, their popular Star Tours in the 360° planetarium or a hands-on workshop in the lab where you can make your own personal pot of slime to take home with you.

You’ll also find puzzles, books, science kits and much more in Techniquest’s shop (accessible without an admissions ticket). When it’s time for a break, take a seat in Coffee Mania, the coffee shop located next door. You can come and go with your Techniquest wristband and really make a day of it in Cardiff Bay.

Techniquest is open every day this summer 10am–5pm.
